will sentence scooter libby for perjury and
obstruction of justice, and likely release
the vast bulk of the letters turned over
by the defense in support of scooter. . .
but by this morning, by 9 a.m. eastern,
team libby should have filed, on an ex-parte basis,
(i.e. not available to the public) all its redaction
requests -- else, the entire text of all
letters will be released, per judge
walton's access order of last week. . .
also tomorrow, but in the afternoon,
senator patrick leahy's senate
judiciary committee will hold a hearing, and
receive testimony from todd graves, the "
beatle
bradley "vote supression" schlozman -- this should be
very dramatic point-counterpoint, between the
man who was ousted, and the man who took his
seat -- in sen. leahy's continuing quest for the truth:
