the "king of hush" falsely claimed, in
a speech before the manhattan institute
yesterday, that FISA had been allowed to
expire. in fact, it was the atrocious
"protect america act" (that um. . .didn't),
that expired.

never fear -- he'll slap a restraining
order, followed with a full-on ball-gag-
order, on anyone who tries to straighten
him out about this.

so -- forget i mentioned it.
