five page report: in re obaydullah -- a "case status summary" due to judge leon on july 18, 2008

per a minute order entered on
july 10, 2008 -- and just like all
those other gitmo cases now pending
before judge horan, obaydullah's -- still
pending before judge leon -- is due for a
status report into his court by july 18, 2008.

we'll keep an eye on this one in particular,
for all of the reasons we earlier suggested.
